If you are unable to make your payment within the allowed 10 day grace period, interest is charged on the payment according to NJ statute. You must call the Tax Collector's office at 732-341-1000 extension 8342 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM to obtain the correct amount due including interest calculated to the date that the Tax Collector will receive your payment.
