Successfully completed Background Investigation through the Police Department, a Certificate of Liability Insurance with Township of Toms River listed as additionally insured, if food is being sold, an inspection from the Ocean County Health Department, and a food handlers license from Township of Toms River Health Department ($50.00) also two 2x2 inch pictures, and a valid drivers license with a copy of registration for vehicle. Fee for permit is $800.00 for initial License, each additional worker, or driver for same company will be charged $100.00 and also needs to be fingerprinted at the Police Department License fee will be waived with a Veterans ID card.
