-The final decision to energize (turn power on) to your home is with JCP&L.

-If water was at, or above your electrical outlets, it is recommended that you have a licensed electrician examine your home and make any repairs needed.

-If water reached the height of the meter, notify JCP&L at www.firstenergycorp.com or call 1-800-662-3115.

-The electric meter will be taken care of by your utility company, JCP&L.

-Any questions regarding inspections or permits should be referred to our Building Department at Town Hall or call 732-341-1000 ext. 8321.
