NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent, or her designated representative, for the Township of Toms River, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey on AUGUST 4, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, in the Leonard J. Lomell Room, First Floor, Township of Toms River Municipal Complex, 33 Washington Street, Toms River, NJ then publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

2009-2010 STORM CURB DAMAGE REPAIR PROJECT

Specifications or any additional information may be obtained at the Purchasing Office, (732) 341-1000, ext. 8202 or 8226 during regular business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, upon proper notice and payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per bid package.

Required Bidder information can be found in the bid package.  Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
