2013 Township Wide Reassessment and Material Damage Adjustment Process Update PDF Print E-mail

The Township of Toms River is in the process of implementing a complete reassessment of all property tax assessments for the 2013 tax year. This project started before “Sandy”. Any adjustments to assessments for material damage to structures as a result of the storm will be for the 2013 tax year. The adjustment process will be incorporated as part of the overall reassessment project for the 2013 tax year.

Material Damage to Structures as a Result of Hurricane “Sandy” (Updated 1/29/13) PDF Print E-mail

The Township is in the process of implementing a complete reassessment of all property tax assessments for the 2013 tax year. This project started before “Sandy”. Tax Payments PDF Print E-mail

The February & May 2013 quarterly taxes (2013 preliminary tax bill) are due for all properties owners. Those owners who filed with the tax assessor for reassessment due to SUPER STORM Sandy will have their August & November 2013 quarterly taxes (2013 final tax bill) calculated based on their new assessment.
