BOARD OF WARD COMMISSIONERS— NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULED DATE The Board of Ward Commissioners Meeting for Tuesday, October 11, 2011, 5:00 PM has been CANCELLED and tentatively rescheduled for Monday, October 17, 2011, 6:00 PM, Lomell Room, Toms River Township Municipal Building, 33 Washington Street, Toms River, N.J.

The Board of Ward Commissioners for the Township of Toms River met on Monday, October 3, 2011 to review the existing ward boundaries and the 2010 Census. Attached is a map that was considered at the October 3, 2011 Meeting. No action was taken at the October 3, 2011 Meeting. Another public meeting of the Board of Ward Commissioners shall be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 5:00 PM in the Toms River Township Municipal Building."

The Board of Ward Commissioners for the Township of Toms River met on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 to review the existing ward boundaries and the 2010 Census. Attached is a map of the existing election districts and the four existing wards in Toms River. Also attached are two alternate proposals-Scenario One and Scenario Two-that were presented by Ward Commissioner Mutter, the Municipal Clerk. No action was taken at the September 6, 2011 meeting. Another public meeting of the Board of Ward Commissioners shall be scheduled and duly advertised.
