8/29/11 Customers of Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) who remain without power from Hurricane Irene can pick up water and ice free of charge at a number of locations as storm-restoration efforts continue. Customers should go to the courtesy desk at individual stores and report that they are a JCP&L customer out of power.
