Effective January 29, 2010, only rechargeable batteries and vehicle batteries can be recycled at the Recycling Convenience Center on Church Road. All other household batteries (A, AA, AAA, C, D & 9 Volt) should be placed in your regular garbage but first must have the terminals taped prior to disposal.

Please continue to recycle rechargeable and vehicle batteries. Rechargeable batteries can be found in cordless power tools, cell and cordless phones, laptop computers, digital cameras, two-way radios, camcorders, and remote control toys.
