Online Payment System
Youth Services uses an online payment system for our After School program. Please go to the CommunityPass website and select Toms River as your community and click continue. From the next page, you can either create or log into your account. For more information regarding this new process, please call the Department of Youth Services at 732-341-1000, ext. 8436.
