What if I use an online or telephone payment service from my bank to pay my taxes?

If you utilize a payment service from your bank to send out your payments whether it be done by computer or telephone you must include account number with the payment. The payee is Township of Toms River. Do not have these payments mailed to our Boston address as they can not be processed without the actual tax bill payment stub at the lockbox payment center. Our payment address for these types of payments is:
Toms River Township Tax Collector
P.O. Box 607
Toms River, NJ 08754

Timing

Please note that it may take several days for your bank to issue payments utilizing the online/telephone services so you must allow extra time for your payment to reach us within the 10 day grace period.
