What if my tax payment is late?

If you are unable to make your payment within the allowed 10 day grace period, interest is charged on the payment according to New Jersey statute. You must call the Tax Collector's Office at 732-341-1000, ext. 8342, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to obtain the correct amount due including interest calculated to the date that the Tax Collector will receive your payment. 

Mail-In a Payment - Late payments are not to be sent to the Boston mailing address. Late payments are to be mailed to:
