Justin grew up in Lavallette, Ortley Beach, and resides in the Gilford Park section of Toms River. In 2002, he was hired with the Lavallette Police Department as a patrol officer. In 2004, he was then assigned to the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Narcotics Strike Force as an investigator. After his service with the Prosecutor's Office, he returned to the Lavallette Police Department and was subsequently promoted to Sergeant.
In 2010, he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor-of-Arts degree from Stockton College of New Jersey. He then began attending New York Law School in Manhattan. In 2013, he transferred to Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey where he subsequently went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree. While attending law school, he worked for the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, Appellate Section and for the Rutgers Law School Intellectual Property Clinic, where he assisted Newark residents in obtaining copyright protection, trademarks, and provisional patents. In his senior year, his peers elected him to Vice-President of the Student Bar Association.
In 2015, he was selected as a graduate scholar to attend the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University, where he was assigned to work for the New Jersey State Senate Republican Office at the State House, in Trenton, N.J.
Currently, as 20-year veteran of the Lavallette Police Department, he serves as the Public Information Officer and Training Officer. In addition, he is a state certified police academy instructor, volunteer firefighter, emergency dive team member, and certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
Justin is a local attorney and partner at Lamb Law Offices, LLC., Toms River, New Jersey where he specializes in real estate and civil litigation.
